I believe it's a C.I. for Credito Italiano, but the images that you posted are both upside down, so the upper side in reality is the lower... The point that in your image is in the upper side just after the "C" in reality is the dot (after the "C") in the lower side... To see the correct perforation, you should rotate the stamp by 180 deg. (see C68?)
