How I Became a Stamp Collector wasmy favorite because that is very close to my experience. Except my brothers and I lived on the West Coast, Northern California. We all started in 1956 when dad bought us all small worldwide albums. Once a week, he would break out his duplicates and pass them around. Lttle did he know the monsters he would create. Sadly, both my younger brothers have passed away. But I am still collecting.

Thanks for your post, stampguyusa . The way to register your vote for your favorite article is to click on the box next to the title in the survey at the top of this thread. I just checked, and you have not yet registered a vote. Now I am confused. How do I register to vote and where do I go to vote. I thought I did? Thanks!

Thanks for your response, Jim ( stampguyusa ). Sorry if I have confused you. You can cast your vote at the top of this thread. From this post, just scroll up to the top of the thread. To vote, you need to click on the empty box just to the left of the title of the article you want to vote for, until a green check mark appears. That is the indication that you have voted. Can you see the faint squares (empty boxes) just to the left of the titles of the 5 articles? You need to click in one of those to cast your vote. After you have voted, it will look like this:
