Would one of our Scandinavian experts take a peek and help me identify this? The currency is "ore", so I'm assuming Sweden or Norway? Could this be some sort of fiscal, newspaper or some such? I notice a winged wheel - railway post? Thanks in advance for the expertise.

Terri it is a railway parcel stamp for the DSB. Danish state railways.
