Many years ago I worked for a fiberglass company we use to do a lot of the mould and glass work for a artist en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brian_Cooley_(artist)He is the one who did the design I just followed his lead. It was lots of fun pretty cool job. Every now and again some of the beast's I work on pop up on TV . One of the best was a robotic t-rex, when you walked by it is would turn hits head and you could feel his breath. We did it all by hand. Now the artist uses cnc foam cutting machines.

BTW, some times ago, Russian philatelic magazine " Мир Марок" (Stamp's World), published my first article "Paleontology in Philately" Russian reading visitors of the forum can read the original, either on my or the magazine websites. Googlish is an alternative to other. The article is based on " Milestones of paleontology related post-items" page of my site and provide some overview of development of Paleontology related Philately.
