I have a interesting envelope, Now I am not big on England, or St Kitts. but it is just the way this is addressed on top.. "On Her Majesty's Service" sort of makes me think this was important. Again, not good with world stuff. it has 2 normal cancelations on the front, then on the back it has 3. dated July 20 + 29, 1963. Should I save it, give it away, and does anyone know some history about it? Thanks in Advance, Ray

It has the handstamp of the Registrar General St kitts Nevis and Anguilla , which was a Colonial Government department . The senior officer has signed the handstamp on top of the Royal Cypher coat of arms, to confirm it is officially entitled to use Government ( On Her Majesty’s Service) envelope.
It is registered Mail so obviously contained precious or important document , maybe somebody’s birth certificate or some government statistics of interest to the Hospital in New York.. two of the handstamp s on the back relate to the recording of the letter arriving in New York .
Two of the stamps have the value hidden from view but it does seem quite a lot of cents in postage. (Add it up ) so it may have been quite a heavy package .
