Despite thinking that I would not be able to fill any empty spaces on my pages, I did manage to acquire one additional King George V definitive. Here are the stamps as they were mounted on the album page. I guess I was expecting that despite the year range, 1914-27, the stamps would be a majority of what Scott terms, Watermark 4, multiple crown and script CA. It turns out the majority of these stamps were Watermark 3 and I did not have the 4p which is also mint hinged. In terms of condition it has that missing upper left corner and it is pretty heavily hinged on the back but still retains quite a bit of it's original gum. I laid them out on my cutting mat in the same order and then took a look at the backs to identify watermarks. The next three photos are the stamps laid out in the same order starting with the top row left. The 4p I referred to is the second stamp from the right and is on yellow paper. The watermark doesn't show up well in this photo but it is Watermark 3 and now it resides in the correct spot on my pages. Here is the bottom row, less dark. Only two of the watermarks are obvious in this row.

In terms of British Colony stamps, what Scott calls watermark 3 (Multiple Crown CA - MCA) was used from about 1904 until about 1920.
After that watermark 4 (Multiple Script CA - MSCA) was used until the 1960's. The King George V stamps watermarked MCA tend to be the more interesting ones to collect because there were a lot of colored paper changes and color shades during this time (1912 - 1920).
This was a result of the war and various suppliers not producing the same materials during this time.
The MSCA King George V issues tend to have a lot less variation.

Watermark 4 - Multiple Script CA (MSCA)
