I am a longtime member of both APS and The Society of Israel Philatelists. I am an advanced collector of State of Israel and military revenue stamps and have written many articles about these stamps in the Israel Philatelist. I am hoping to find other collectors with similar interests. In addition, I have compiled and had published a monograph "The Revenue Stamps of the Palestinian Authority." Arthur  |
