What I collect: I collect world wide up to 1965 with several specialty albums added due to volume of material I have acquired. At this point I am focused on Canada and British America. I am always on the lookout for stamps and covers with postmarks from communities in Queens County, Nova Scotia. I do list various goods including stamps occasionally on eBay as hdm50

This interesting bit of history was with a job lot of stamps I bought years ago. I guess that stamp dealers have always been buying old stock from countries and regions. Arthur A. Bartlett appeared to be only interested in selling the surplus Nova Scotia stamps to dealers in bulk. There was another lengthy list of singles that appears to have been mailed to individual collectors. I did not bother scanning that one. Interesting to see the copy of the letter at the bottom the price list from the government of Nova Scotia assuring them that there was no more copies stashed away, They had also bought the Prince Edward Island surplus based on this little flyer. Their letter head was beautiful. I was glad there was one clean sheet with the lot.
