I need one for my Citrus Philately collection. I’ve searched everywhere I could think of online. If you know of one or of a source, please let me know. JeffS

khj -thank you for the suggestions. I specifically am looking for a biblical reference such as told in Exodus. I was surprised to find so many biblical references to locust plagues. That sheet of labels are a recent manufacture of a seller proficient in creating such collectibles. JeffS

Hi, JeffS: Here is an image I found that might fit the idea of what you are looking for: It doesn't really illustrate the biblical aspect, but it seems more along the lines of what you are trying to show than the majority of stamps which just depict a single insect. Hope this might help a little.

All I can think is..."Man, that is one precise topical category." Happy searching for your stamps! Hopefully you'll share what you find.

daveg28 Thanks for the response. I could use such a stamp, if it exists, to begin a locust section in insect enemies of oranges. I have a thread here which shows a few of my pages for oranges and a few other citrus.

Looking into the insect-part of my fauna/flora stamps,I found hardly more than a dozen stamps, featuring locusts.I´m even not sure, wether the english "locust" is fully equivalent to the german "Heuschrecke". Anyway, the closest I could come to the "land of the bible" is this set, what even does not picture a locust. Issued April 1st,1930 in Jordan, called at the time Transjordan.
