These torpedopost items came in the envelope shown in a job lot with old stamp collections. The frustrating thing was that I googled them at the time and found some information about them but did not print it. Now I do not remember what I found nor can I find the site. They are just printed on cardboard stock. There is no glue so probably technically not a stamp but still of interest.
