I'm unsure but think it is Sg: 139aBut a lot that does not look right ... Had appreciated some input on this stamp because now I find it confusing. Perf is 12.00, left side 12 1/4 right side 12 1/4 Top 12 1/4 bottom Must be P12 1/2, something neither side has Watermark: large crown and double line A this stamp actually has imprints from 4 watermarks. 1 in each corner, a bit of all 4. Is this common? This does not mean that the whole sheet has this "edition" Size must be 25 * 21 mm This stamp is 23.50 * 19.50 mm Is this deviation in size common on these?

I am not an expert on this stamp but based on my experience with US regular stamps I would suggest this stamp has been reperforated. The perfs are quite irregular on 2 sides and maybe all 4. They also so circumferential indents which is another potential signal. Does anyone on the board know how this stamp was perforated when printed as comb perforations look different when compared to a rotary process using a pinned wheel.
