or booklet? Is scott # 406a automatic type Ia or is it cut, I mean see remnants after tagging right side
So to what makes me unsure ... scott # 406 only came in type I?
But this stamp is right Ia? It has full mouth (thick line) sharp Togaline and Button and some thick lines to the left of the ear

cancel first known is release date 15/2 1912 , so my card has cancel 4 months later, I think it's close since it's 110 years ago
