I was rummaging around looking for something and came across these QEII Diamond Jubilee Keepsake Folders. They contained a mini-sheet of 4 stamps, some info and a postage paid post card. I thought I had posted these but can't find them. So without further ado, here is the post card from the 1st keepsake folder. It shows some of the stamps Canada issued during the first decade of Queen Elizabeth II's reign. Six issued, others to follow...
These are listed in the Webb catalogue of postal stationery.

The keepsake folders were issued in 2012.
Volume 1 (1952-1962) on January 16 Volume 2 (1963-1972) on February 6 Volume 3 (1973-1982) on March 6 Volume 4 (1983-1992) on April 10 Volume 5 (1993-2002) on May 7 Volume 6 (2003-2012) on June 1
The single stamps and mini-panes of 4 rate a Unitrade number, but these souvenir folders only get a footnote appended at the end. The postcards are listed in the Webb catalogue, numbers P491-P495, according to the Unitrade catalogue.
