I've always found google rich of useful functions.
drive.google.com/file/d/1zFA38mUWW122g1XhGgiT8GSWh41uPtQr/view?usp=sharing
If you want to put the image in a forum so it can be directly visible, you have to extract the ID of the file. Refering to the previous like, the ID is "1zFA38mUWW122g1XhGgiT8GSWh41uPtQr".
Then, put the ID in the following sentence
http://drive.google.com/uc?export=view&id=...ID...
so...
http://drive.google.com/uc?export=view&id=1zFA38mUWW122g1XhGgiT8GSWh41uPtQr
This syntax is not correct for TSF forum, but i have seen the program convert it by itself in the proper one...

15GB are not so much? Ok, you can open more accounts, and get 15GB each (for free), or you can purchase additional storing space. I have extended to 100GB and i pay aroung 20 euro per year. Ok, to make a backup just on the cloud it cannot be the "final" solution... What if i should not pay the annual fees? Would my files be deleted?
I'm going to make a backup on a physycal hard drive (not the one of my PC, an external one) but still i will keep my drive as far as i can...
For each account, you have 15GB storing space free. You can manage easily your storing space, loading photos or file of any kind.
If you upload a photo, you can activate an OCR to extract the text (and it works fine)Then, with google translator you can translate your file in another language...
Let's imagine when you have an article in german, but you don't know german (sig!) and you want to read it the same... It doesn't take a lot to make a scan, load it on google and have it translated... Ok, the translation could not be 100% correct, but correct enough to get the meaning...
Once you have a file loaded, if you want to share it, you have to enable the sharing. You have to select the file, on the menu select the "Get Link". In the window which will appear, select the sharing permission to "Everyone has the link". Then, with the button "Copy link" you can have the link to the file. I have used the "<>" characters instead of "[]" just to explain otherwise the TSF program would have interpreted them.
A little bit more complicated to load a photo in a file hosting site and get the link directly, but much more useful. There is not expiration of the link, unless you move, delete or replace the file. The file can at all the time be managed by yourself, it is backed up and more sure then having it just on your hard disk...15GB are not so much?
