I don't think there is a tread dedicated to the Size of stamp's, if there is moderators ...........
There are a lot of us making own album pages. To do that you need to know the size of the stamps, perf to perf. If you don't have the stamp yourself you can find some (sizes) but not all on Colnect.
If there are other places please share.
But if you don't find the info online maybe some of your friends here can help you.

Just checked my copy. The frame measures 39x22mm, and the stamp as a whole, including teeth, comes in at 42x25mm.

If you know the perf size and have an image of the stamp it is easy to get the measurement of it. Count the perfs along the bottom, divide by the perf size then multiply by 2. This will give you the metric width then do the same for the height.
# of perfs / perf size * 2 = dimension
Hope this helps, Greg

To explain better- A stamp's perforation size is how many notches per 2 cm. So take for example a typical French 1960s horizontal commemorative. They are usually 26 perfs wide. And they are typically perf 13. So 26 / 13 = 2 * 2= 4 so it is 4 cm wide.

Does anyone know the size (including perfs) for the first two sets of Tuberculosis seals/stamps from South Africa please. I am trying to make pages for my South African tuberculosis issues and don't know the size for these ones;

Had a look on there but they don't even have South Africa let alone the South African tuberculosis seal/stamps. Could be very useful for other stuff though.
