Years ago, I emailed Amos asking if I could somehow get a sample page from the Scott Minuteman album. They emailed me a PDF file of one page. I assumed the PDF was a scan. But it was not. It was an export from Adobe InDesign.
This let me do three things:
1. I imported the file into Scribus and could "steal" the border by just cutting and pasting it into another file. I haven't done this, and don't plan to. 2. I was able to load the file in Adobe Acrobat and see exactly which font and point size they used. This was a lot more useful to me. 3. I could load the PDF into any PDF viewer and zoom as much as I wanted and not lose detail. This really let me see the detail in the album.
A little while ago, I was considering the Scott National or Minkus All-American album. I asked Amos for a one page PDF of both albums so I could really zoom in and compare them.
Well, I guess Amos learned the error of their ways, because they sent me two PNG picture files instead of PDFs.
I was really interested in getting the fonts more than anything else. The scan isn't high enough resolution for me to upload it to one of those sites that tried to figure out what font that is.

I am sure someone can send you a good scan to determine the font.
