The stamp is MiNr 53 issued on 1 January 1883.
I don't think it is Fournier forgerie (it has perforation K11.5x11) but a notation from the Michel catalogue:
„MiNr 52 weist rückseitig den Vermek „Unverkäuflich“auf ;sie durfte-wie MiNr 50,53 und 54-nicht an Postkunden verkauft, sondern nur direkt am Schalter zur Frankierung verwendet werden!
MiNr 52 has the Vermek "Unverkäuflich "on the reverse; like MiNr 50,53 and 54, it was not allowed to be sold to postal customers, but only to be used directly at the counter for franking“
is unclear to me.
MiNr 52 has vertical printing on the back:
Does this printing appear on the 50, 53 and 54?
It does not appear on my stamp.
Obliteration as a design is common for the period but the way the ink appears-like a cluster of dots-makes me wonder if it's done on a computer printer.
