Another stamp bourse coming up here in Grand Rapids, MI. See details below. On this tidy little postcard today, two stamps from the State Birds & Flowers issue from 1982. The Vermont Hermit Thrush & Red Clover, Sc. no. 1997 and Sc. no. 1998, Virginia - Northern Cardinal, Flowering Dogwood.   |

This past Saturday I had a good time at the KPS Stamp Bourse here in Grand Rapids, MI. My favorite dealer was there and I went through the many piles of manila folders looking for the countries and stamps I had put on my mental list this time. My focus was Korea and Japan, however, I did find a couple more folders of Belgium and Pakistan and I decided to pick up a small folder of older Cyprus. I also purchased 2 binders of worldwide stamps that look like they may have come from a dealer's stock and a small child's stamps collection with some pretty decent stamps in it. In all I spent about $100 which was my budget amount and came home with quite a stack to keep me busy.    |
