Good morning from Woodstock Georgia. I( became interested in stamp collecting about 5 years ago when I inherited my father's stamp collection. He kept all his stamp info on written ledgers and I have spent quite some time putting all this info into excel spreadsheets. The current stamp count is around 50,000 stamps from all over the world. I actively collect US, Canada, and Netherlands stamps. I was looking for some information on a specific stamp when I ran across this forum. I hope to learn from this site as there are no stamp clubs currently meeting in may area. So, that's it for now.

Welcome to TSF, Peter ( pdenboer)! I also got into collecting because I was brought into the hobby by my father, and I also eventually inherited his stamps. I hope that you will enjoy your philatelic journey.... Best wishes, -Chris ( Beryllium Guy)
