What I collect: currently focused on most of western Europe, much of which is spent on France, Belgium, Germany and Great Britain Queen Victoria

I only have a few, but I haven't purposely gone after them, though I find them quite interesting!
I am guessing this represented a side stream of revenue for the postal system?
