My Introduction- GBCC (Geoff)

I am based in the South East of England. Like probably most collected stamps as a kid and went to the school stamp club  and then within a few years gave up collecting. Returned to it many many years later and specialise in Great Britain Illustrated Event Covers, Special Event Postmarks and Great Britain General and Local publicity slogans. I also collect Great Britain First Day covers.
In 2013 I started my own website GB Cover Collector, hence my user name of GBCC. This website , www.gbcovercollector.co.uk is a reference website for Special event covers , postmarks and slogans. If you read the 'About' page it will give you an insight in to why I started it and how big and never ending project it is. Nearing 40,000 images on the site. I on a number of forums/social media have 'Postmark of the Day' and with the demise of Stamp Magazine Forums will look  if OK with Stamp Forum to continue with you. I am always open to any questions re my area of collecting and if I don't immediately know an answer I may know someone who does.
