Am I missing something here or did someone really use a sticker for postage. I see no makings or words to identify it as a stamp and you can see by the cancel it went though the postal system.

Not too long ago, over on Reddit, I think, someone posted a picture of a credit card solicitation stamp that someone put on an envelope and it went through the post office just fine. It's no wonder these idiots are having money troubles!
