In trying to find information on Cuba's use of bisected stamps, I came across two resources that I thought may be of help to Cuba collectors: - The Pichs Collection - an ongoing research and exhibition effort to study and bring to the public an important research resource for the cultural history of Cuba, the Roberto Pichs collection of Cuban postage stamps at the San Carlos Institute (Key West, Florida).

Excellent, it's always good to get links to informative sites like these - I have a lot of bookmarks saved, but I know there are always lots of sites that I've never seen before.
