Hi all As I have posted elsewhere before, I am working hard to get a complete set of all the Gibbons Regional catalogues in the latest versions published. I have succeeded in acquiring most, but a couple still elude me, most importantly the 5th Edition of Japan and Korea released in 2007. I have found a dealer in the UK who has a used copy available cheap, but after beginning to place an order with the dealer's website, discovered that it was impossible to calculate shipping to the USA, apparently they do not ship to the USA directly. Would anyone in the UK be willing to help me to acquire this catalogue? I have PayPal so would be able to send funds immediately to cover the cost of catalogue and shipping. Let me know if able to provide assistance. Thanks Much! Gene

Actually, I just tried to buy the items for Gene ( djcmh), and their website said that shipping to Oxford was “unavailable”! I think there is a problem with the website. I have emailed the dealer and described the problem. I also suggested that Gene should contact them directly, as I am guessing that they probably do ship to the US.

They had some interesting items for sale and, more importantly, they were cheap 😀 I purchased 8 items and was able to set up an account and pay for them with no trouble. I saw the catalogue in question which seemed incredibly cheap. I made no attempt to purchase it since I thought that the last thing that was needed was yet someone else making enquiries. It may well be that their catalogues require a manual calculation of postage. Good luck to Gene if he can get it at a good price. Daniel

Thanks for your comments, daniel. Based on what you have posted, I am now wondering if the key is setting up an account first. Is that what you did? I did not try to set up an account, I just tried to purchase the items as a one-time guest. I wonder if the flaw in the system could be there? Gene ( djcmh), perhaps you might try registering for an account first and then see if shipping charges will be calculated. It’s just a thought. I didn’t spend much time looking on the site, but from what I did see, the used catalogue prices are very reasonable.

Logged back in with my account. Placed order, and got this : So appears they do not ship to USA, or they have a problem with their website.
