I found this Japaness 30 ring A4 binder on Amazon:
The thing looks really cool. It's $28.20 and holds 250 sheets.
If it's a nice binder, that's not a bad price.
What's expensive is the hole punch for these kind of binders:
The hole punch costs $49.00.
I think it's a cool idea. But it's pretty pricey.

I've seen these sold in stationery shops here in Hong Kong. But generally we don't use hole punches for this kind of binder. They would be for use with the transparent sheets (as in your 2nd photo) as those are cheap and easy to buy in packs of 20 or more.

I've seen these sold in stationery shops here in Hong Kong. But generally we don't use hole punches for this kind of binder. They would be for use with the transparent sheets (as in your 2nd photo) as those are cheap and easy to buy in packs of 20 or more. True. But i am in the US and we don't use A4 paper size. I'm sure the binder can easily fit a self-punched US Letter piece of paper. But those sheet protectors will not.
I have often considered making my stamp pages out of A4 size paper. That little bit of extra vertical space would allow me to add another row of stamps onto the page. But getting decent A4 paper in the US isn't easy. I can't even find it on Amazon easily.

Ah yes, we use A4 over here, and get a lot of Japanese stationery as it's quite popular with the HK locals...
