I resurrected part of my long-dormant United States collection today.
I have several mint sheets from the traditional-glue era, including some I'd like to keep (Apollo-Soyuz, quilts, the 50 state flags from ±1975, etc.). They're in a White Ace flexible-cover book with glassine folders. So far they're holding up quite well, but I found an older White Ace with glassine that had started to yellow with age. And just for safety's sake, I'd like to keep the sheets in a hardcover binder.
I've looked around for Vario pages that are wide enough to accommodate these sheets, so far with no success. A minimum of 240 mm would be advised. Do such things exist in such dimensions? And for extra points, how about 265 for horizontally-pitched sheets?
If there are no pre-made Vario/knockoff sheets of that size, would anybody like to recommend any DIY tactics I could use?

I have always keep my traditional-sized (i.e., 50-stamp panes) US "mint sheets" in SuperSafe Mint Sheet Albums. Since I like to collect tagging EFOs, the SuperSafe album pages have the advantage of being transparent to 254nm UV light, so I can see the tagging without having to remove any stamps.
One thing you might not like if you are used to using Varios -- the SuperSafe mint sheet album pages are "soft", not "stiff" like Varios. Which means after standing up for a long time, the pages might tilt and "curl" at the bottom outside corners -- keep the album full to minimize this problem. Also, they are only sealed on inside/bottom edges, but that makes inserting/removing easier. Unlike Varios, where you have to insert the stamp to the very bottom of the row, the soft clear film clings to the soft black PolyPro film so you can actually center your pane on the album page if you want.

I also keep the few order sheets I have in the Scott Mint Sheet album (floppy pages open top and side). I think it is the same as the one mentioned by khj.

Hello khj - uh, I forgot about this thread. I ended up getting a 12" x 12" album from some outfit called We R Memory Keepers. They cater to scrapbookers. angore told me about them on another thread (which I probably started in addition to this one but also seem to have lost because I am losing my mind, so why not lose everything else?). The pages aren't as transparent as Varios, but they'll do and the album seems like it's of good quality - probably made to hold heavier things than mint sheets, e.g. scorecards from Yankee games, graduation paraphernalia, fireworks wrappers.... And even at 12" and change in depth, it fits on the shelf I wanted it to fit on.

One key attribute is the ability to stand on end without tipping like most thin cover binders.
