Just spent a day ( after probably 5 years, got be or take a year) from opening a album.
Many members here won’t know me, a lot has changed here over the years. Those that don’t know me I should introduce myself, after all this is the introduction thread. I’m Jack and one of the founders of this forum.
It’s great to see this forum alive and kicking with great enthusiasm.
I got the stamp bug back.

My bad, I should have mentioned Steve (ADMIN) for taking over ADMIN of this forum. It’s great to see the fundamental’s of how the forum is operated is still in placed. No easy job being admin and no one is good with out a great team ( moderators).
I like to take part in this forum again, however I will remain a member and let the current admin team continue to do a great job.

Welcome back, Jack ( irishjack)! It’s good to have you active again. I don’t know if you remember, but you gave me my first Penny Black after I won a big auction lot to benefit the Forum. I will always remember you for that!

What I collect: I collect world wide up to 1965 with several specialty albums added due to volume of material I have acquired. At this point I am focused on Canada and British America. I am always on the lookout for stamps and covers with postmarks from communities in Queens County, Nova Scotia. I do list various goods including stamps occasionally on eBay as hdm50

Welcome back Jack ( irishjack) but I was not actually aware that you had gone inactive. I joined the forum in the spring of 2021 and I have spent lots of time searching old threads. I was often seeing your mug shot so just assumed you were posting all along.
