interestring postcard!
The left (purple) stamp is:
Plebecite Committee of the League of Nations for the Saar region
The larger center (blue-green) stamp is:
Direction of the Interior , Police, Executive Staff for the Saar region
The wax seal, I can not see well enough to decipher
and the straightline stamp is : Election Bureau KRS. Saabr (?) L:and No 307
How this is related to a postcard of a cemetery is a bit odd... Postmark looks to be 1/13/1945
I can't read the short message on lower left, perhaps some political slogan(??)

After the treaty of Versailles the Saar region of Germany ( coalfields and steelworks) were administered by France as part of the post war reparations by mandate from the League of Nations .As in various other Allied occupied German and Austro-Hungarian zones plebiscites were organised for settlement / or return to Germany .

The postmark is 1935, which is more appropriate than 1945. The stamp itself has an overprint advertising the plebiscite.

Also maybe that postcard is used as a map indicating or pointing a location of a specific graveyard (Land Num #307) of an individual who is obviously known to both sides ... just a stab in the dark wild guess
