List of cut off dates for postal validity by countries

Does anyone know of an online site that tells which stamps issued by any particular country are still valid for postage?
I’ve been trying to find this information but I’ve run into some translation difficulties. Knowing which stamps are still valid for postage has quite an impact on the value of mint stamps and would be really good to know when bidding or selling.
If no worldwide list exists, maybe we could pool our knowledge and create such a list. I’ve started a list based on the 192 members of the UPU and will add any info posted if no such list exists.
