Yes, TMPS is one of my favorite cinderella issuing entities. I was once a member and wish it was still up and running. Is the item you show for sale?

Four beautifully engraved sheets for 56th Annual Convention of the American Philatelic Society, August 19-23, 1941 held in Baltimore, Maryland. They depict the reworked (unused) design of Edwin Tunis for the postage stamp issue for the 1934 Maryland Tercentenary stamp.

zipper previously posted these 1947 Centenary International Philatelic Exhibitionon stamps on page 5 of this thread; however, I'm posting these that I recently acquired. An image of the paper's watermark shows "ESP Co" which stood for the "Eureka Specialty Printing Company" of Scranton, Pennsylvania. Subsequent research revealed that Eureka was acquired by Litton Industries, Inc. in 1961. Prior to that time, Eureka was the largest printer of trading stamps in the United States, with about 80% of the national trading stamp printing market. Eureka also produced many of the country's Christmas Seals. I've seen one closed ebay listing that suggests the set may have consisted of at least six stamps. Should anyone be able to provide additional information on this set, please do so here.

Steve, tomiseksj , these were produced by ASDA, the American Stamp Dealers Association, in sheets of 12. In addition, there was a mail transport series consisting of 6 different stamps, pony express, train, bi-plane. propeller plane and ship and stagecoach. These were also produced in sheets of 12 but consisting of 2 sets per sheet There were multiple colours. They had the same border design as the Franklin/Washington stamps. Quite likely, the listing of six was for a set of the transport series in one colour. It's difficult to get exact information for these stamp. I can't find my examples. My suspicion is that the stamps were produced on both watermarked and unwatermarked paper in 4 colours for the Franklin/Washington and 6 colours for the transport stamps but I can't state this for certain. There are some examples online hereHope this helps to some degree. Daniel

Per the sheet rod222 just posted, the producer of the aforementioned CIPEX stamps was John Nicklin for the Association for Stamp Exhibitions, Inc.

The symbol at the top is for ASDA. The Franklin/Washington sheets are the same. Maybe I should have said for ASDA. Nicklin was the editor for the ASDA Bulletin. Here's a clearer image of the top half of the sheet. Daniel

Steve, tomiseksj I found my Franklin and Washington Cinderellas for the the 1947 International Philatelic Exhibition and they are the same colours as yours. So, these may be the only 4 colours. In the link that I gave, the Transport series of six appear to have at least 8 different sheets (2 lots of 4 are shown). I would now say that these stamps were a precursor to the ASDA Nicklin sheets that followed. Daniel

Huge long shot. I am seeking an US Exhibition Label (Burnt Orange in colour if I recall) with the central vignette, Queen Victoria Pencil sketch, which was an essay by William Wyon.
I had the image in my computer, and I could not recall the Vignette genesis Now I have found that, I have lost the Label image Excruciating irritation.
