July 7, 1967 from Barranquilla via airmail, presumably sent with additional postage stamps
My Scott catalog erroneously calls this stamp "Monochaetum orchid and bee". It is not an orchid.

A mass produced CTO of #2179 (gum intact) presumably cancelled four days after the first day of issue, indicating they didn't wait to cancel them as remainders.

I buy from mit_63 on ebay, who sells Lighthouse stockbooks. I like the 32 page ones for ease of handling and durability. I buy the cheap ones(<$20), as I only collect cheap stamps anyway; however, the few higher priced ones I've bought are really much better.

June 26The United Nations (New York) marked its 20th Anniversary on this date in 1965 Here is another June 26 First Day Cover. This one is from 1951 celebrating 10 years of UN stamps. I suspect there are many more June 26 FDCs from other years. A side note: This cover was not issued exactly 10 years after the first stamp. The first stamp was issued on October 24, 1951. There also appear to be a lot of October 24 UN FDCs.
October 24, 1945 was the date the UN was established while the charter was signed on June 26, 1945.

June 25, 1956(or maybe July) from Sabon Gabi B.O. Kano (the Sabon Gabi in the city of Kano)
Sabon Gabi apparently were special areas for displaced Southern Nigerians. They morphed into neighborhoods. B.O. may be Business or British Office?
