In 1959, the Spanish Guinea colony was divided into the island of Fernando Poo (now, Bioko) and Rio Muni, the continental part of the colony. Both teritories were "upgraded" to the status of regular provinces, with the same "right and privileges" as the metropoli ones. Fernando Poo and Rio Muni, started to issue their own stamps on 1960.
April 1968, "Pro-infancia" (Children'e help) issue.
