Most of the messages in old-style calligraphy on Meiji stationery cards are unreadable today, perhaps 99%. If anyone can read them, please let me know, as I have over a thousand of them. 'Scub', your cards are addressed to Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, and Kobe. My new blog has some photos and information that may be helpful to you in some small ways.
