A common stamp from India with either an overprint or some type of cancellation. Any thoughts?

From Colnect From 15/11/71 until 31/3/73 the Indian Government levied a 5p tax on all mail, except postcards and newspapers, for the relief of refugees from the former East Pakistan. As supplies of the provisional overprint could not be sent to all Indian Post Offices in time, local postmasters were authorised to make their own overprints. These were applied by rubber stamps.

Ahh. That explains the misspelling of Relief. Thanks for the information.
