Sorry my friend, we need a picture to identify. That ibb link doesn’t work here.
But whilst British stamps which had both Postage and revenue purposes, said so on the stamp, Australian states stamps issued for tax revenue on documents etc stated Stamp Duty though they could also be used for postage . A few British Stamp Duty stamps around the late 1800s also became used for postage for a short time.

What I collect: I collect world wide up to 1965 with several specialty albums added due to volume of material I have acquired. At this point I am focused on Canada and British America. I am always on the lookout for stamps and covers with postmarks from communities in Queens County, Nova Scotia. I do list various goods including stamps occasionally on eBay as hdm50

Thank youHi, Unable to identify, it appears confusing to me. The base card / paper is Victorian Stationery 1d Green Queen Victoria The postage stamp of this design, was overprinted "Stamp Duty" as shown, for revenue purposes But, only exists in my records (in Blue) (Barefoot year 2000) on 3d Orange yellow 4d red 1/- (one shilling) blue on blue These were 1885 Provisionals Best I can do. Stationery (Wrapper)
