I just tried using a VPN connected to my Avast Antivirus and it DID connect, so it is something between my ISP and Colnect that is fubar

Just got off the phone with Spectrum and they tried several things but still can't connect to Colnect. I've contacted the owners of Colnect and now they are checking their end to see if something snafu'ed and my ISP got blocked by the system.
LOL what a mess.

The situation resolved, appears something on Colnect side that saw my ISP as a potential DDoS attack and so blocked my ISP. Admins fixed it after a few hours.
