Bhutan overprinted many unsold stamps with new lower values,for domestic use. These overprinted stamps were not sold through the usual agencies and are all, relative to their low nominals,rather expensive. This one,issued Nov.2nd 1970,is from a set of 23 stamps.

Togo, 1961, Scott #402, postmarked in Sokodé, the second largest city (though not large at all). One of a set of six stamps celebrating Boy Scouts (#401-406).  |
