Until I received this Mini-Me Hungary sheet today, I didn't realize there were two sizes to these stamps. And quite frankly, I never knew about countries that issued the same stamps in more than one size. Scott: Year 1963 B230-B233 SP128 Dimensions 32 x 43mm

This lovely FDC features the two Gardenia stamps that Canada issued on February 14, 2019. The backside has a brief description of the flower. Seven thousand service official first-day covers were franked with both of the booklet stamps and with a postmark from Flower’s Cove, Newfoundland. Scott 3169-3170 A1297  |

This FDC is from the Fourth World Rose Convention held in Pretoria, South Africa on October 4, 1979. The cover has an embossed cachet and contains a description insert in English and Afrikaans. I'm always impressed with the complete sets some people have as part of their collection. I have some sets but I'm more of a bits and pieces kind of collector. I'm currently reorganizing my US collection and these flower stamps were on the page I had just completed:  - US 3312-3313 > Gloriosa Lily (Gloriosa superba) and Chinese Hibiscus (Hibiscus rosa-sinensis)
- US 3837 > Pink roses
- US 3872 > Martin Johnson Heade
- US 3898 > Bouquet of flowers
