The new Stamp Day issue from Germany for 2021 features the "Bordeaux Letter" franked with a Blue and a Red Mauritius. It was issued as both a souvenir sheet and a single stamp.   |

"Day of the stamp 1971" , showing Spain's nr. 1, marked with a pre-stamp mark: a circled "As". They say that the intention was to depict the "As" uncircled which was one of Barcelona's pre-stamp postmark. But someone, shown the designer the mark with a circle to draw his attention. But, he jut copied what he saw; thus rendering a circle "As" which was not the mark for Barcelona, but for Reus (a Catalan city, 110 km South of our city).
