The early Labuan stamps are real eye candy. Labuan is a federal territory of Malaysia off the coast of Borneo in East Malaysia. It's made up of the Labuan Island and six smaller islands, and is located off the coast of the state of Sabah. Labuan's capital is Victoria and is an offshore financial center offering international financial and business services. It's also an offshore support hub for deepwater oil and gas activities. It's a tourist destination for scuba divers. The name Labuan is from the Malay word labuhan which means the harbor. From the old handmade album I found in Mississippi:
