Just what are the numerals to the right of the Euro called? I have always looked at it as Euro/cents, but it seems no-one calls it such. Just .56 of a euro. Do Europeans use the "cents" word for that? Just wondering!
Yes, cents or Eurocents. In French, "centimes d'euro", in German "Cent" (which is its own plural).

Happy 28 February! Here is the first of the Stan's ( stainlessb ) Grandmother Memorial Postmark Collection to make it to the Postmark Calendar, but I can promise you that it won't be the last. This one was postmarked at New York's Church Street Station. This one is from 1968, a year which has special collecting interest to me as it is my birth year.

13th March (1922)Hungary, Sc 122 and Sc 125, 1-korona red brown & claret and 5-korona dark brown & light brown, definitive stamps depicting the Parliament Building in Budapest, postmarked on this date in 1922 in Budapest. These two stamps on-piece were acquired just three days ago at the Fête du Timbre in Sisteron, France, where I attended with Xavier ( hrdoktorx ). Edit: I also noted upon closer inspection that the 5-korona stamp has a three-hole triangular punch in its center, as shown in the smaller illustration excerpted from the 2013 Scott Catalogue.

Hungary did this to about 100 different issues between 1921 & 1946. The purpose was to block the illegal trade of the complete sheets to collectors, because it was assumed that the stamps with holes loose their values for the collectors.
It did not work out long term
The punched stamps were really neglected by the collectors (therefore a lot of punched stamps were destroyed). However, these stamps became part of collections and due to their relative rarity they got higher values than the unpunched ones. The Hungarian catalogs show separate prices for the "triplehole" stamps

Many thanks for your added comments, Nelson (@falshung ). I will admit that although I was aware of these triple-hole stamps before, I initially missed this one when I bought the item, and it wasn't until later when I was working with the image for the post that I spotted the holes.
Unfortunately for me, the triple-hole stamp in this case is quite damaged, so probably not worth anything at all. I think I will keep it as a space-filler until I can find a better one. I bought this item mainly for the postmark, as I have now started to look for those more and more thanks to my friends here on TSF who have taught me enough about about such things to pique my interest.
Once my big sorting and organizing of Germany is complete, I will tackle Hungary later this year (October or after) and see if I can find any more examples of these triple-hole stamps.

March 15, 192815pf vermilion Immanuel Kant, cancelled in the early evening in Offenbach (Main). It is from the Famous Germans set issued on November 1, 1926. This stamp was also issued in a booklet of 8, with 2 labels. Too bad all stamps aren't cancelled this way! Does anyone know what the stars and 4 mean at the bottom of the cancel?
