I searched up & down, back & forth, high and low in Scott looking for this stamp. It was no where to be found. Michel showed me the way!
20pf Progress in Science and Technology trio, this stamp being the high value of the series shows a gas engine. It celebrates the centenary of the (German) internal combustion engine by Nikolaus August Otto and Eugen Langen. Issued August 14, 1964.
