Barcelona, September 24th 1962. Catalonia's stamp Exhibition, held at the (desapeared) Can Jorba Dpt. Store, The special pm shows the, then, Barcelona city's arms.
On the back, there's a (battered) cinderella of the Marededéu de la Mercè Day of that year.

Scott 1989 : Michel 1965
 Scott states that it was issued in sheet format with water activated gum and as a self-adhesive in booklet form. Michel on the other hand, makes no mention of the self-adhesive, at least that I can find.
