There are more errors regarding dates between Scott (2019) and Michel (2017). I went with Michel over Scott on this one.

Great Britain One Penny Queen Victoria, with 16 dots (17 as there are two ½ dots at each end!) Issued in 1881, posted from Chester, which is located south of Liverpool. Looking at Scott, this was the last One Penny QV issued before King Edward VII took over in 1902.

Happy Tuesday the Thirteenth. From a Swedish 1985 series on board games. Huh? Did anyone care? Most of the designs are just about incomprehensible--this is one of the clearer--and it's pretty.

Post-war Germany 1 Reich Mark for use in the American, British and Soviet zones. Cancelled in the ting village of Beetzendorf, which is a few kilometres SW of Wittenberge. It was in the domain of East Germany, in the Russian Zone.

 I'll never be able to figure out Michel numbers. But then Germany was so fractured in the post-war period, that it is no wonder catalogues have such a hard time with all the various entities issuing stamps!
