This impression is currently identified as B11. Pitney Bowes (digital), 2015 in the International Postage Meter Stamp Catalog. It is described as an open frank without frame lines. The catalog notes that "This stamp may be from a Post Office machine. If this proves to be so, the stamp will be recataloged." I believe this will prove to be the case. If so, the stamp will be moved into Group PO (Stamps generated only by machines at post offices), Sub-group PO-A (Franks without frame or border).

That's a nice impression. Given that the meter impression states "Manila Central P.O." seems to suggest that it was applied at a post office certainly.

... Given that the meter impression states "Manila Central P.O." seems to suggest that it was applied at a post office certainly. Apparently that was the original assumption for similar meters, as indicated by this note in the catalog: I'll try to get back in touch with the sender to see if I can determine where the meter had been applied.
