Hello, My high denomination 5 Mark Yacht stamp and forgery with postmark! Please note that the forgery is of a different size and also the image is fuzzier.... but all this is only evident if you have a genuine one to compare with!

What initially stands out is the banner KAROLINEN versus KIAUTSCHOU (?)

What initially stands out is the banner KAROLINEN versus KIAUTSCHOU (?) Karolinen and Kiautschou were both German Colonies. The stamps show: Karolinen Michel Nr 19 or 22 (depends on watermark and perforation), issued 1900 or 1915 or 1919 and Kiautschou Michel Nr. 17, issued 1901 But I'am not a specialist for this area so I can not say anything to colours, size and forgeries.

Kiautschou stamp is perforated in line. It is forging.

And not just an attempt to forge the Kiautschou stamp — the forged cancel is an attempt to make it the high value of the Petschili Yacht Issues, with a current Michel CV of 7,500€.

Thanks PostmasterGS for the article "Petschil" I searched in Michel 2019 (received from you as an award -thanks again ) in Kiautschou Mi PVI series,to find them in China. They are rare stamps that I am unlikely to ever have in front of my eyes.
