I have a complete set of Belgian Congo Scott #263 ½¢ - #284 100fr, but they are all overprinted SPECIMEN. Scott doesn't treat the specimens does anyone have any idea of what they are or worth. Thanks to everyone as always. Hoping Rod will answer as I see he has the only other Belgian Congo thread here. Thanks again
