 The one on the left appears to be the correct copy for #1757. The colors on the one on the right are much different and there don't appear to be any varieties listed in Scott. |

There is a color variety that Scott does not list (my latest Scott I have handy is 2018). I'll see if I can find it one of the other catalogs.

left: Michel Egypt 2087b(2005) light cobalt blue
right: Michel Egypt 2087a(30Jun2002) dark cobalt <== this is the stamp that Scott lists as #1757

Very nice, WERT! I need to start playing around with that! Just to clarify, I actually made the catalog assignment based on the color of the text rather than the background, as the text color is what seemed to match the listed Michel colors. |

khj..Taking colour samples from text is a good thing as you can see below...But below that is my Scott 929 stamp... Normal background colour on left and one of my rare versions of this stamp on the right...Background colours matter to. Robert
