Greetings stamp collectors. I have been sorting and cataloging my Turkish stamps the last few days. I have found all but one hard to identify stamps. I am using Scott 2001 catalog. The stamp in question is Scott 425,Monument to Martyrs of Liberty, 20pa deep rose from the 1916-1918 set. I have found the first overprint, the the second one escapes me. Scan shown. Any help would be gratefully appreciated!

stampguyusa, the topmost overprint on this stamp is in Greek and the stamp can be found under Thrace in the Scott Catalog. The Scott no. is N81 which is 1d on 20pa dp rose. In a note under this set of stamps overprinted in 1920 the catalog states that nos. N81, N82 and N83 are on stamps with the 1919 overprints. In my 2016 catalog it states the used value as $1.50.

Thank you very much darkormex! I thought it was Greek and checked out Thrace, but did not spot it. By that time, my brain was ready to explode.I spent all day working on Turkey stamps. Thanks again!
