Philatelic or not?
The answer could seems easy, standing the particular franking and most probably they contain advertissement or stamps/philatelic material sent to a customer.
Anyway, even a stamp suplier or a philatelic office of a postal administration have needs to send mail, and how would they frank them? Maybe, exactly like we can see now...
I can see a postal intent in this letters, more then just to create a philatelic object. I think we can't speak either of philatelic letters nor of a non philatelic letters. Using a self-created term they're Semiphilatelic.

But my empty discussion doesn't detract from the fact that they are all fine letters.

After some days busy and with scanne issues I retake this thread. Wishng our TSF friends a happy new year 2022

salentin, I had not thought much about this side of collecting Japanese stamps but it is interesting to learn of it. I didnt know you could set up an arrangement to have regular sendings of new stamps. With the huge more recent issues of Japanese stamps you would have a lot of mail. I do enjoy getting mail so maybe that would have made up for any annoyances. but i can understand your decision. thanks for sharing your envelopes cursus. Much appreciated.
